Saweet! My DirecTV box can play music from my network after installing EyeConnect on my MacBook. EyeConnect has a 30 day trial, after the trial only audio works. Sheesh, that’s all I want. Maybe I will sell the xbox 360. That noisy microsoft thing isn’t even plugged in anymore.

DirecTV hd thing, it will take a sata drive, not a usb drive. Might as well get it, paid for a couple months with no service. After the fire I got DirecTV to suspend billing for a few months, forgot about that and noticed a charge on a credit card bill. Might seek a a credit for the month I didn’t notice.

8 gig capacity, looks like a key, might be able to sneak it into places that don’t usually allow data devices. It’s waterproof, so maybe you could body pack it past a security check, not a cavity check. Nephew turned me on to it.

Dollar USB Cables work

Not sure of the speed of these cables, but for a dollar each it doesn’t matter. Everybody else is trying to rip you off, maybe for distance, can’t speak beyond 60″.
